What is CryptoOne?

CryptoOne is a device that comes with its own data plan, runs on a custom operating system, has a suite of special security apps, and uses only encrypted channels for all incoming and outgoing communications. It has been designed to prevent eavesdropping, avoid wiretapping, block malware and spyware, hamper location tracking, and keep your information safe even if the device gets stolen or taken away.

Can you have privacy in the world of mobile communications?

Crypto Cloud is a company founded with the aim to deliver privacy in mobile communication. With the help of the right technology, implemented in the right way you can regain your privacy. CryptoOne is the pinnacle of our efforts to achieve that aim.

The operating system of a smartphone is the foundation for all other software on the device. For Crypto Cloud, the aim was to make this foundation as secure as possible. The device runs on Secure OS – a highly modified version of Android 8.1. It focuses on preserving the user-centric experience, drastically reducing the attack surface, and offering extensive security features.

How can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in Cart page. Click “Change address” into the Cart totals.

If you want to change your address when the purchase is already requested and paid via PayPal, then you need to contact us and point the new address and as well the order ID you received when completed the purchase process.

How can I return my CryptoOne device?

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method. The device needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and be as well in the original packaging.

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You can find more information inside our Shipping Policy.

Which shipping carrier do you use?

We use the services of Canada Post and we ship the devices to P.O. boxes or residential addresses.

What should I expect in my delivery package?

Alongside the CryptoOne Phone box, you will receive an activation code to activate your phone and subscription plan.

Inside the device box, there is a Device manual that guides you on how to activate the phone and how to use it for encrypted communication.

How to extend my subscription plan?

To continue your private communication via the CryptoOne mobile device and SIM card, you may select one of the available CryptoOne top-up subscriptions for different periods that will provide you with:
• Software subscription – license for the OS and communication suite
• Mobile data plan subscription – unlimited-worldwide-coverage


There are available CryptoOne top-up codes for:

  • 1 month
  • 3 months
  • 6 months
  • 12 months

When you enter the top-up code on your device, it’ll renew your subscription, starting from your active subscription’s end date, even if you enter the code beforehand.
